Black Food Sovereignty Working Group

The Black Food Sovereignty Working Group (BFSWG) was subsequently launched to mobilize and represent Black sustainable food systems folks, including Black chefs, farmers, activists, dietitians and more. We amplify their work online and in person, advance research on Black food security, and advocate for increased funding and infrastructure opportunities for community grassroots projects to ultimately help more Black children and Black families to become more food secure and more food sovereign.
